Senior Account Manager - Beiersdorf | Sydney-NSW

Job Description

Join a fully staffed team with long tenure on an exciting and lovely client patch! Beiersdorf spans across NIVEA with multiple skincare categories including anti age, face care, deodorant, body, lip and men, as well as Elastoplast with wound care and sports supports, strapping and braces. A digitally-led account, you will use many data partners to enrich planning along with an Annalect-led clean room to plan and optimise campaigns based on sales. You will have exposure most channels as well as tap into many OMD SBU's from Create, Annalect, SEO and Artbot, working in collaboration to deliver client results.

As Senior Account Manager you will be at the centre of creating market leading ideas for our clients, and be equally competent in digital and traditional media channels. You will also play a key role in challenging and developing your direct reports to enable them to be the best they can be.

What you'll do:

• Client facing role requiring confidence in project management, presenting and communicating to senior client stakeholders
• Responsible for developing omnichannel strategies and campaigns, encompassing all media channels measurable back to business outcomes.
• Strong financial acumen and numerical accuracy. Monthly budget control required
• Working closely with the Business Director & Interactive Director to drive the team's digital agenda and ensuring best in class delivery and finding first to market opportunities
• Responsible for mentoring and motivating direct reports to deliver best-in-class campaigns under strong processes

What you'll need:

• High performer who excels in client service, media planning and implementation
• You have deep expertise with planning, including tools and strategy
• You have a passion for understanding and delivering on client business goals
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders including clients, SBU's and external agencies.
• Someone who can build strong client relationships and trust quickly
• Experience in managing direct reports, with a focus on their development.
• A proactive thinker who is always exploring new ways of doing things whilst respecting proven processes
