Day to day responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Planning and Business Directors to deliver innovative, effective, and award-winning media solutions using the Hearts & Science planning process.
- Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and excellence in campaign management.
- Manage junior to mid-level client relationships, ensuring smooth operations and timely communication.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, external agency partners, and media owners to meet the unique needs of various stakeholders.
- Support, nurture, and guide junior team members, contributing to their development and overall team engagement.
- Possess a working knowledge of digital media and the ability to plan campaigns when needed.
- Responsible for buying all planned media (excluding TV and Digital) with support from the trading team, ensuring competitive rates.
About you
- At least 3 years of relevant media and client management experience.
- Implementation planning capabilities and understanding of media principles and finance.
- Exceptional client facing communication & presentation skills.
- Fully conversant in the role of each channel and ability to provide recommendation.
- Well-developed time and project management skills, with good adherence to deadlines.
