Reporting to Group Business Director
This role requires strong digital strategy and planning expertise, with a focus on guiding clients through their digital roadmap. Key responsibilities include utilising first-party data, creating value through data partnerships, and driving innovation and campaign ideas. Experience within the fast-paced FMCG sector is highly desirable.
Your Day to Day
- Develop digital strategies and media plans that build from the core media idea.
- Oversee efficient project implementation.
- Keep clients informed of the constantly evolving digital media marketplace.
- Lead the integration of services, communication, and management with PHD's specialist business units, including PHD Strategy, Research, Content, and Annalect (Attribution and Econometric Modelling, Consulting, SEM, SEO, Analytics, Design, Web Development, CRO, and Programmatic).
- Maintain strong communication with your team and clients regarding digital campaigns and opportunities.
- Retain and grow business by demonstrating a deep understanding of client needs and delivering compelling, effective solutions.
About You
- You bring over six years of relevant media agency experience, with a comprehensive understanding of the media landscape and current industry trends.
- You have strong strategic knowledge of key digital technologies and data platforms, such as ad servers, DSPs, DMPs, and ad verification, and are recognised as an expert in digital media technology.
- You are a proven leader, able to mentor and manage teams autonomously while driving performance and results.
- You demonstrate creativity in pushing boundaries, delivering innovative solutions, and proactively addressing challenges.
- You maintain meticulous attention to detail and consistently deliver work of the highest standard.
- You are reliable, solutions-oriented, and aligned with PHD's values of Courage, Collaboration, and Curiosity, setting a positive example for both peers and clients.
