What's the role?
As Group Digital Director you are responsible with leading the development and delivery of digital strategy for clients encompassing media, data and technology whilst acting as a though-leader to clients and the agency to inspire, motivate and educate. This role is a senior digital specialist across a large automotive client team, responsible for helping them navigate the increasingly complex digital media, data and technology landscape to deliver on their business ambitions. Leading both the client teams and the specialist business units within PHD to ensure that the client is delivered an aligned and integrated digital product.
What will you be doing?
- Act as the primary lead in managing relationships with senior clients and partner agencies, particularly within digital transformation, AdTech, and MarTech.
- Work collaboratively with client leads to identify opportunities and introduce appropriate SBUs and other services to clients.
- Lead the integration of services by coordinating across PHD's specialized business units, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient project execution.
- Ensure that client digital strategies are innovative and industry-leading, providing strategic oversight to implementation teams for seamless translation into impactful campaign initiatives.
- Serve as a strategic consultant to clients, identifying their current and future digital needs and supporting them in achieving sustainable growth and digital advancement
Who are you?
- 7+ years relevant digital experience in a media agency, digital transformation or adtech consultancy Exceptional communication and client management skills, ideally at a Senior level.
- Extensive experience in the digital media, technology, and data industry as well as strong client facing responsibilities
- Expert level understanding of all digital media technology, with the ability to train internal and external media peers on relevant concepts, including running MFA training modules
- Proven track record in establishing high levels of client and stakeholder satisfaction, including the ability to lead technical or marketing teams.
