The Role
This Planning Director leads and inspires a team of planners, providing strategic direction and oversight for all planning activities, ensuring alignment with agency goals and client needs.

- Develop and implement innovative planning processes and methodologies.
- Oversee all planning activities, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Act as a thought leader within the agency, sharing expertise and driving industry best practices
What will you need to know already?
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Years of experience in media planning within an agency environment.
- Proven track record of leading and inspiring high-performing media planning teams.
- Deep understanding of the Australian media landscape and emerging trends.
- Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in media planning tools and platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and industry best practices.
