Job Description
Trading & Accountability are looking for someone to join the team. The applicant will be highly numerate with an analytical mindset. The T&A team work closely with the Media Implementation team to ensure that the media buying performance on audited clients is captured accurately and reported to local and global teams in a timely fashion to ensure delivery on pricing and quality requirements. In addition to this, the team is tasked with providing input to global client pitches, providing support for major local partner negotiations and updating teams on the group's position on market inflation and revenue dynamics. You will need to be able to manage multiple stakeholders and work across varied client patches, maintaining excellent relationships with local and global partners. The Accountability Manager is responsible for local and global audit reporting process, working closely with the Media Implementation team so that the correct Omnicom buying approach is being adhered to and that everyone is clear of the latest tracking / results.
The role encompasses:
- The management of the global audit process in conjunction with the Accountability Director.
- Aid in oversight of the local audit process across a variety of clients (in conjunction with the Media Implementation Team day-to-day and Media Partnerships Team when required) and verify data to be submitted to auditors as well as the results
- Regular communication with the local Media Implementation Team, auditor (where required) and global accountability team.
- Provision of data to Accountability Director that shapes the conversation around audit performance as well as present results and recommendations in some instances
- Know how to use all appropriate Omnicom buying / tracking processes, templates & systems.
Reporting Structure
- You report to the Accountability Director, while working very closely with the relevant Media Implementation Team.
- Where applicable, the Accountability Manager will be responsible for the development of the Accountability Assistant and ensure their work is accurate and timely
