About the Role
OM Content is looking for a Social & Innovation Account Manager.
A high-performing, dynamic specialist team, focused on delivering innovative, integrated and culturally relevant content solutions that drive business growth. We operate at the intersection of media, creativity and culture, transforming audience insight, platform trends and social innovation into impactful campaigns.
In this role, you'll be the engine room of end-to-end social and innovation projects, champion Creo, develop team members, deepen client partnerships and deliver bold, insight-led thinking across paid, owned and earned ecosystems.
This person would work across McCain, Mazda and SodaStream.
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end social and content-led campaigns from briefing to execution and reporting

Develop insight-led responses to client briefs using social trends, platform knowledge and audience insights

Coordinate cross-functional teams including planners, media partners, and creators

Lead campaign implementation and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope

Manage client communication including WIPs, updates and recommendations

Analyse campaign performance and deliver clear post-campaign reporting and learnings

Identify emerging trends, content ideas and innovation opportunities for clients

Support financial processes including scopes, budgets and project tracking
What We're Looking For

3–5 years' experience in social media, content, influencer marketing, or integrated campaigns

Strong project management and organisational skills

Experience managing multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously

Excellent communication and presentation skills

A proactive and solutions-focused mindset

Strong understanding of social platforms, trends and creator ecosystems

Curiosity, creativity and a passion for innovative marketing
