The Senior Manager is responsible for developing social strategies that lead to content that people actually want to see and engage with on social. You'll lead the team on implementing a brand's social campaign, including managing and executing influencer content, ensuring everything is measured back to success. The right person will have strong project management skills, being able to deliver multiple projects on time and within scope.

The Senior Social & Innovation Manager helps drive initiatives for the entire Social & Innovation team. You will be responsible for helping clients to ideate and successfully orchestrate progressive socially led campaigns, ensuring best practices are applied each and every time to influencer marketing, emerging technology, social media strategy and digital collaborations.
What you'll do:
- Lead project management for social & innovation projects with support from your team, ensuring projects are strategic and creative
- Lead ideation and development of content and identify opportunities to ensure that this content is supported across social media channels
- Work with Augmented Reality Developers, Production Houses and multiple Media Partners to ensure overall delivery of the integrated campaign
- Ensure a smooth working relationship with your client base, adapting to client needs and managing client expectations
- Coach junior team members and drive strong relationships cross internal SBU's, agencies and client partners
What you'll need:
- Experience in a relevant field with experience in planning and implementing social media strategy and integrated digital media solutions
- A keen interest in digital media, influencers, data analysis, emerging trends and social media is vital
- Experience in project management, presenting and client management
- Solutions-focused, collaborative and curious thinking
