Working across a diverse portfolio of clients including ANZ, UnionPay, Metricon, Bunnings, Mercedes-Benz, Mazda and BONDS, you'll play a key role in developing media strategies that create meaningful connections and real impact.
About the Role
As an Account Manager, you'll work closely with clients and internal teams to develop and deliver multicultural and inclusive media strategies across a range of industries. You'll be the trusted specialist, providing strategic advice, building strong relationships and ensuring campaigns are executed to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage multicultural and diverse media campaigns from briefing through to delivery
• Build strong relationships with clients, agency teams and media partners
• Develop strategic media recommendations tailored to diverse audiences
• Collaborate with planning, strategy and implementation teams to deliver best-in-class outcomes
• Present recommendations and campaign updates confidently to clients
• Identify innovative multicultural media opportunities across digital, social, broadcast, community and out-of-home channels
• Manage project timelines, budgets and campaign delivery to a high standard
• Support the continued growth of the Diverse offering through commercial opportunities and innovative thinking
What We're Looking For
• 3 to 5 years' experience in a media agency or specialist multicultural communications agency
• Strong understanding of the Australian media landscape, including multicultural media channels
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strategic thinking, commercial awareness and excellent communication skills
• Experience working with multicultural audiences or culturally inclusive communications is highly regarded
• Knowledge of Chinese digital platforms, First Nations media or diverse audience planning is advantageous
• A collaborative, curious and proactive approach with a passion for creating meaningful work
