Operations Manager
- Melbourne CBD location
- Reporting to the Group Compliance & Analytics Director
- 12-month parental leave contract
About the Role

As our Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of operational and financial data across the business. Working closely with our Investment, Client Service, Finance and Product teams, you'll investigate issues, uncover root causes and drive process improvements that make a real difference.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves working with data, thrives on asking "why?", and enjoys creating smarter, more efficient ways of working. Your work will have a direct impact on improving systems, strengthening data quality and supporting better business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of operational and financial data across multiple teams
• Investigate data discrepancies and identify root causes to improve reporting quality
• Conduct audits, validations and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy
• Partner with Investment, Client Service, Finance and Product teams to resolve issues and improve workflows
• Review and enhance operational processes to drive efficiency and reduce manual effort
• Maintain clear process documentation and support the implementation of new ways of working
• Track financial commitments and support accurate forecasting and reporting
• Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders across the business
What We're Looking For
• Previous experience in operations, project management, finance, analytics or a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
• A natural curiosity and desire to understand how processes work and how they can be improved
• Experience working with data, reporting and operational processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Confidence working across cross-functional teams to deliver positive business outcomes
• A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
