About this role
The Content Partnerships pillar is responsible for ideating and bringing to life integrated media solutions across all media channels (broadcast, audio, video, written). We develop ideas that align and integrate in passion-led programming, extending brand messaging in program and across paid, owned and earned channels.
We're looking for a Partnerships Account Director to bring integrated partnership ideas to life, managing campaigns from the initial brief and concept development through to execution and post-campaign delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic interpretation of briefs, developing bold and innovative partnership solutions that align with client and media objectives.
- Develop integrated campaigns across broadcast, digital, social, audio, podcasts, talent and media partnerships.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, media owners and external partners, becoming a trusted strategic advisor.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of campaigns, from initial ideation and briefing through to execution, reporting and post-campaign wrap-up.
- Lead partner engagement and negotiations, shaping proposals and driving innovative solutions that deliver against client goals.
- Create compelling, story-led presentations and confidently present strategic and creative recommendations to senior clients and stakeholders.
- Identify new business and growth opportunities, supporting profitable scopes of work and contributing to the continued growth of OM Content.
- Lead and develop junior team members through coaching, mentoring and regular feedback, while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
What We Expect from Candidates
- 5+ years' experience across media partnerships, branded content, sponsorship, entertainment, experiential or integrated marketing.
- Strong understanding of the Australian media, content and partnerships landscape, with a network across media owners, publishers and relevant partners.
- Proven experience developing and delivering integrated partnership solutions across multiple channels, with strong strategic and creative thinking.
- Excellent client management, presentation and communication skills, with the ability to confidently influence and engage senior stakeholders.
- Commercially minded and highly organised, with strong negotiation, project management and implementation skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
Why Join OM Content?
- Work within one of OM's most creative and forward-thinking teams
- Collaborate with leading Australian brands and high-profile campaigns
- Shape the evolution of social and innovation within a major media agency
- Access ongoing training, certifications and career development opportunities
- Be part of a culture that values creativity, inclusivity and growth
